Now I’ll readily and proudly admit that I don’t know a whole lot about Miley Cyrus but I know she was hot as blazes for quite awhile…I’m not sure if she’s still on top of the teen heap but if this photo from Twitter is any indication she’s still gorgeous as all git out! She’s got on a pretty sheer white shirt so we get a nice view of her nipples…I wish someone would have dumped a bucket of water on her just before the shot but what can you do.
